Data

We protect all data to the standards demanded by the most highly regulated industries and countries in the world. All data is encrypted through protocols such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL). All of our data centers are SSAE16 Type II SOC2 or ISO27001 certified, and we assess them every year through internal and external specialists.

Media

Media uploaded to PA Online is hosted by a tier-one content delivery network (CDN), so it is stored in a highly secured environment. To discourage unauthorized distribution of media during the study, all respondent mouse and browser functionality for accessing the media directly is disabled (e.g., right-click, Save As, etc.). For additional security when needed, PA Online offers watermarking on the video, which can be set to show static text or dynamically display each respondent’s individual IP address.
