Meet the Team: Hannah Anderson, Marketing Intern
We continue our “Meet the Dialsmith Team” series this week to take you behind the scenes and into the Dialsmith office to get to know our team. Next up is our Marketing Intern Hannah Anderson.
Hannah is spending her last days as a college senior with us as she preps for her next big career step. As to what attracted Hannah to the internship opportunity at Dialsmith besides the chance to work with and learn from our kickass marketing team, here’s what she had to say… I’m excited to be working in a new industry that I have great interest in but didn’t necessarily have the experience or opportunity to explore prior to Dialsmith. Moment-to-moment research intrigues me as it not only reveals a precise human response but also gives us the answers we need in order to avoid saying, “If only we had known that before.” Of course, I also love working with a team of guys where sneakers and jeans are fully supported office attire.
Here’s some more interesting Hannah nuggets:
When off the clock, you can find me… Trying a new workout class, testing out a new restaurant with my friends or whipping up a new recipe in my kitchen. By restaurant I mean food truck and/or trendy brewery. I don’t discriminate against food, so I cook just about anything that looks appealing on Pinterest.
If you’re doing a coffee run, I’ll take… a simple cup of black coffee or an iced americano. I never turn down a good cup of specialty coffee from a local cafe, however, I am a loyal collector of Starbucks gold star rewards.
The best thing I’ve ever eaten was… I eat so many delicacies and I’m not a picky eater, so this is tough. I would have to say the best thing I’ve eaten is a chocolate filled croissant in Paris- it crumbled perfectly and was still warm from the oven. This was, of course, aside a tiny shot of espresso.
My favorite part of my job is… meeting new people, completing a project and learning about a new industry. I also love working with a team of guys, where sneakers and jeans are fully supported in the office.
Portland is… a great place to live at any age and that’s a solid reason of why I have yet to leave. It always has something new to offer!
