Dialsmith Discoveries | Testing the #BorderTweets
Unlike our previous editions of Dialsmith Discoveries, our latest installment takes a much more serious (and much more political) tone. Staying true to our Dialsmith Discoveries mantra, we again set out to push the boundaries of our online dial testing research tool Perception Analyzer Online by using it to test a type of messaging we’ve never tested before. In fact, this may be the first time anyone has ever tried to dial test a series of Tweets. Given the heated political debate and contention over the issue of security at the Southern Border, we decided to focus this month’s Dialsmith Discoveries on testing the #BorderTweets. The study presented some interesting challenges and fascinating results. You can view the details of the study and highlights of results below.
