Here’s another installment of our recurring blog post theme,
“Perception Analyzer Around the World,” where we shine a light on the
great work our clients are doing in incorporating innovative uses of our dials
and real-time polling technology.

Client: GoGreen Conference

Located: Portland, Oregon, with 2013 events held in Seattle, Portland,
Phoenix and New York City

Description: The GoGreen Conference is a sustainability learning
experience for business and government decision-makers. Featuring regionally
targeted content and recognized leaders from the community, GoGreen works
across industry silos to foster peer-to-peer learning and collaborative
solutions. They believe sustainability in the business setting is a powerful and
indispensable tool for navigating the tumultuous waters of today’s global
economy and solving our climate woes. Their mission is to empower attendees with
the strategies, tools and connections to green their organizations with
profitability in mind.

Background: GoGreen partnered with Dialsmith to bring the
Perception Analyzer dials to its GoGreen Seattle ’13 Conference. The dials were
used for live audience polling during the keynote and forum sessions. Event
organizers were interested in delivering a unique and engaging format as well
as gaining a deeper understanding of their audience and where they stand on key
sustainability topics.

Ericka Dickey-Nelson, President & Founder of the GoGreen Conference & Social Enterprises, Inc., had this to say: “Our audience and team loved interacting with Dialsmith’s technology. Not only did it give our
attendees the opportunity to contribute feedback in a visible way on-site, but
live polling also provided our event team critical insights in real-time,
allowing us to further refine the day’s content in response. It was a
tremendous value-add and we’re excited to put the data gathered to good use in
developing next year’s event.”

Oh, and the audience gave Perception Analyzer high marks too!
