Recorded live from the Insights Association Corporate Researchers Conference, we talked with Randal Ries, principal with IBM’s market development and insights group. Randal is primarily focused on IBM’s internal communications and understanding the “voice of the employee.” In our interview, Randal and I discuss the work he does to help IBM better engage with their employees and understand their how to best communicate with them, not only in the US but globally as well. We also discuss Randal’s CRC presentation on the topic of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and its application as a way to measure employee sentiment.
